Frequently Asked Questions

When will my package ship?

Orders are shipped one business day after the order is placed.  Business days are Monday through Friday.  We are closed Saturday and Sunday.  Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday. 

Most packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless another shipping method is selected.  If you choose USPS as a shipping method please be aware that federal holidays where the post office is closed will add an extra day to the transit time.

What shipping methods are available?

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.

The most cost effective shipping method is usually the USPS First Class Package.  First Class Packages generally take longer to receive than the USPS Priority Mail option.

  • USPS First Class Package usually takes the longest in transit.
  • USPS Priority Mail usually takes 3-5 days in transit. 

Please keep in mind that all packages are shipped one business day after the order is placed.  Any estimated delivery dates shown during checkout are not guaranteed and are only estimates.

    How long is the Cord of Three Strands?

    All of our Cord of Three Strands products are hand made and therefore have some slight variation in length.  The typical length of a Cord of Three Strands is 28 inches prior to being braided.

    Can I get the Cord of Three Strands in different colors that purple, gold, and white?

    We currently only offer the Cord of Three Strands in the Purple, Gold, and White colors.

    Can the Cord of Three Strands be used for a vow renewal?

    Absolutely!  Vow renewal is the perfect time to utilize the Cord of Three Stands.  This is especially true for couples who became Christians after marriage.  The Cord of Three Strands ceremony is a great way to demonstrate your commitment to Christ through your marriage.

    What is the return policy?

    We accept returns on all non-personalized items.  For a refund on the cost of the item just ship the item back to us with a note indicating the reason for return; once received, we will process the item and if appropriate, you will see a refund on your credit card in about 3 to 5 days.  Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.  Our mailing address is: God's Knot, 3519 Olde Howell Road, Waukesha, WI 53187-7317.
