Shipping and Returns
Cord of Three Strands orders and other non-personalized items will ship 1 business day after order is placed. This applies for all shipping options, including Next Day and 2nd Day.
Personalized items are shipped within 5 business days.
UPS shipping charges are based on weight of the package, zone of the delivery, and the dimensions of the box it is shipped in (air packages only). UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
Due to the weight and size of several items, we reserve the right to contact customers with an adjusted shipping amount when selecting UPS air shipping.
When will my package ship?
Orders are shipped one business day after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Most packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless another shipping method is selected. If you choose USPS as a shipping method please be aware that federal holidays where the post office is closed will add an extra day to the transit time.
What shipping methods are available?
Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
The most cost effective shipping method is usually the USPS First Class Package. First Class Packages generally take longer to receive than the USPS Priority Mail option.
- USPS First Class Package usually takes the longest in transit.
- USPS Priority Mail usually takes 3-5 days in transit.
Please keep in mind that all packages are shipped one business day after the order is placed. Any estimated delivery dates shown during checkout are not guaranteed and are only estimates.
We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date no exceptions. Please keep in mind, PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged after event date regardless if they are defective or damaged, as God's Knot cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise.
We accept returns on all non-personalized items. For a refund on the cost of the item just ship the item back to us with a note indicating the reason for return; once received, we will process the item and if appropriate, you will see a refund on your credit card in about 3 to 5 days.
